Instead of thinking of filing a lawsuit immediately, which could be expensive in my opinion, you should think about filing an MTR - Motion To Reconsider.

I called USCIS they said , it is an batch update - no information they can provide. I am not sure what it means.
Does any one else got soft LUD around this date ?

When I went for interview beginning of this month I was asked for paystubs. Since I had them ready for all of 2009 I just handed it to them.

I just wanted to share some good news. I had two approved LCs. One with PD EB3 ROW March 05 and the other with ROW EB3 March 06. I had already filed the I-140 for the March 06 but not for the March 05 one. That was because of the way the job requirement was worded in that LC. The attorney was not sure if it would be approved. Anyway since the earlier PD became current in June I decided to take a chance and file I-140 for that earlier PD LC with PP. And what do you know, it got approved today and that allowes me to file for AOS this month. It was a bit of a gamble with money but it worked!!! :cool:

I had applied for my wife through paper and they did not ask for her fingerprints. I had applied for mine through efiling and they did ask for fingerprints. I was not in town on the day that they had asked me to be at the service center. So I requested a later date. Lo and behold one fine day I got my EAD approved without any fingerprints. Don't ask my how it was approved but that is the case.

My sub-labor was approved and my lawyer used it for I-485- but it is for EB3. My original I-140 was for EB2, which was approved before my EB3 I140 was approved. Now my lawyer doesn't want to interfile.

Most of the times all they want it that you introduce them as a sub vendor and pay them $2-5/hr. So the new relation ship will be
Z -> New Vendor -> Y -> X -> You

We did it twice and never was asked for w2. Just recent pay stubs will do. Just have all of them - if asked.
My wife came here on h4 then got her h1, got it stamped. worked for two years. Went back to h4 for couple of years when we had our baby. Got h1 and stamped again. All we submitted were just the required (listed documents in the site).

Let that Champagne sit in the chiller for while. These numbers are a blip on the RADAR. Don;t expect some real job creation 'tll 2011 (or later). I was sarcastic, if you didn't get it. INS/government always had monopoly over giving out of GCs(the constitution guarantees it for them). They never had competition about it. You're kidding yourself to think that you can sue them on anti-trust laws. Some other laws may be but definitely not anti-trust laws.

I am on H1B visa. Can I trade in Forex using FOREX or any other online broker? Also, I need to trade in it multiple times on a single day. That's the nature of this business if you want to make money.
